1. Scope

This policy covers only this marketing website (polymitas.com and polymitas.app). It doesn't cover data handled by a deployed Polymitas instance operated by one of our customers — each customer controls privacy for their own viewers, and that's addressed in our agreement with them, not here.

2. What we collect

This site has no user accounts or login. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through the demo request or support forms:

  • Name
  • Company (optional)
  • Email address
  • Whatever you write in the message field

3. How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request — to set up a demo, answer a question, or follow up with you. We don't use it for marketing to third parties, and we don't sell it.

4. How it's handled

When you submit a form, it's sent directly to our team by email. We don't store submissions in a marketing database beyond our normal email retention. Our email is sent through our email provider, which processes the message on our behalf.

5. Third-party services

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it. We don't run analytics or advertising scripts on this site today — see our Cookie Policy for details, and if that changes we'll update this page.

6. Data retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you, plus our normal email retention period. You can ask us to delete a submission at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@polymitas.com.

8. Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

9. International users

Your information may be processed in a country other than your own, wherever our email and hosting providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do.
